Each year, at the end of the conference… participants prepare for the Wesak Ceremony and Meditation.
We invite all to join-in on the meditation by following the video guided meditation with Gita Saraydarian.

Meditation can be done 3 days prior, day of, or 3 days after the Full Moon Date.
