Capricorn helps us to transform ourselves from an isolated, self centered individual to a unified, caring, life centered and healthy individual. Proper, scientific meditation is the sure path of establishing a healthy and vibrant life.
“Capricorn is a potent energy that brings us concrete blessings of life, prosperity, abundance of all kinds, spiritual blessings, new ideas and contacts with higher frequencies, new creative expressions, new viewpoints, greater expansions of consciousness. The main purpose is to lead us to transfiguration and true enlightenment.” (Symphony of the Zodiac, p. 273)
When we contact the higher worlds, we come into the energy field of our Solar Angel, or Transpersonal Self. A conscious contact and the ability to actualize this contact will have tremendous benefits in our life.
The key is this: Our ability to actualize higher visions depends directly on the health of our mind and our brain. Scientific meditation is the key to a healthy mind.
We are seeing much more mental health problems in all ages and all sectors of society. However, we are not destined to have mental health problems, anxieties, disorders and dementia. Medical science is showing us that we can indeed take steps to insure that we have a healthy brain and stay healthy into old age. See for example the work done by Dr. Amen and much of the work on “neuroplasticity” that show a direct correlation between healthy life habits, serious thinking and learning with having a healthy mind and brain.
