M3-1 101 Stories from Agni Yoga (Meditation Course)
If you are already an artist, you will be able to express the insights you gain from your meditation practice in your own particular way. If you wish to find your artistic side, or to cultivate it further, this course will help you.
Level 3: Intermediate
25 -Part Course
Consists of 25 lessons, each taking one month to complete. The Agni Yoga books are published by the Agni Yoga Society. They are the Teaching of Living Ethics, given by the Great Sage Master Morya to Helena Roerich. These books were first written in Russian then translated into English and many other languages. These books contain very advanced Teachings, often expressed in direct and short paragraphs. Much of the Teaching is given by subtle reference, analogy, vision, and parable and stories.
A total of 101 stories were compiled from these books, and this meditation course was designed to use the stories as seed thoughts.
Suggested Use: If you are already an artist, you will be able to express the insights you gain from your meditation practice in your own particular way. If you wish to find your artistic side, or to cultivate it further, this course will encourage you to think outside of your limits, expand your boundaries, and express that inner, creative urge. This course also helps you develop deeper intuitive awareness.
Each lesson has directions, stories for seed thought, and excerpted chapters from the writings of Torkom Saraydarian on the topic of Agni Yoga. You will read definitions of the Living Ethics, and read transcripts of lectures given by Torkom on various Agni Yoga themes. You will work on one story per week, meditating on it, looking for deeper meanings and analogies, and writing down your thoughts. When you finish with all the stories for the month, you will send your “report” to us. You can express your findings in any way that suits your creativity.
We will review your report and send you the next lesson with the set of stories and excerpted chapters.
