Learn to create a new identity for yourself based on love and joy and not based on failures and bad self-images. Learn to relate with others with joy and not be disrupted by the crises and challenges of life.
You will discover in this course that great healing occurs in our bodies when we are able to let go of the patterns of pain and sorrow and are able to replace these with joy. We all have joy in our essence, yet these have been frozen and put away, never to be used again. This course will utilize visualizations and exercises, reading and meditation to help you to connect with your inner joy and build a joyful self-image.
Your work will include reflective reading, meditating on seed thoughts, and visualization exercises. Your end-of-the-month report will consist of writing a brief summary of one of the seed thoughts or passages from the text and completing a questionnaire regarding your study and meditation.
